This is the Needs Assessment carried on behalf of Newcastle City Council for people living with HIV or AIDS. It is designed to provide information to support the commissioning of services for adults with HIV/AIDS. It provides statistical information about HIV/AIDS, relevant national and local strategies that have implications for HIV/AIDS service commissioning, information about current activities and services, findings from research and details of need and good practice to inform future commissioning.
